Cutting and deburring acrylic glass with just one tool

P-Glas Twin is the ideal tool for processing acrylic panels when producing advertising signs. The extra-sharp steel blade is used to grind a sheet of acrylic glass and break it off along the cutting edge.

This often creates a small burr, which can then be removed easily: Simply turn the P-Glas Twin around and move the V-shaped ceramic blade along the edge. This way, the edge is deburred evenly on both sides and can then be refined with a hand-held gas burner such as the P-Glass Refiner. It  perfectly works with sheets up to a maximum thickness of 10 mm.
